-Vacuum & Mop

-Empty Trash Cans

Minimum Time Estimate: 3 hours

*Services: Everything in Standard +

-Interior Oven

-Wet Wipe Baseboards

-Wet Wipe Window Sills

-Wet Wipe KItchen and Bathroom Cupboards

-Payment is due upon completion of service.

-Service price is fixed and won't change whether the service is completed before or after the minimum time estimate.

-Appointments must be scheduled at least two days in advance.

-Appointments can be rescheduled/canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours, there will be a $10.00 fee.

-Cleaning Marshal will provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling. If this cannot be done, there will be no fee.

-Cleaning Marshal reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

-I will arrive at least 15 minutes early on the first appointment to meet you and do a walkthrough to better understand your home's needs.

-Before and after photos will be taken for record keeping purposes. These will not be shared on the website or social media without permission from the client. Only photos without identifying items (example: family photos) will be shared.

-Please secure all of your pets during your appointment.
